N2 Funding was founded in 2019. The company experienced massive growth in the first two years of existence, becoming one of the fastest growing wholesale lenders in the nation and a 2021 and 2022 Top Workplace winner as determined by an independent survey of its employees. In 2021, N2 Funding joined forces with Mission Loans, a direct mortgage lender that was looking to build a wholesale channel to complement its already successful consumer-direct and retail divisions. N2 Funding is a division of Mission Loans, LLC. and is headquartered in Irvine, CA.
N2 Funding is committed to our broker partners who work tirelessly to ensure that their customers receive competitive rates, an amazing and consistent mortgage experience, and access to a variety of products including FHA, VA, USDA government loans, conventional loans, non-QM, and jumbo loans. We pride ourselves on our fast turn times with the majority of loans closing in fewer than 30 days.
